Purpose of Position:

• Be the Angelini field based medical and scientific reference for Key Experts in the therapeutic area and build and maintain a scientific engagement with them in cooperation with the Medical Advisor/ MSL Lead/ Medical Director.
• Support the Medical Advisor/ MSL Lead/ Medical Director in implementing medical activities, delivering the scientific narrative to support the portfolio strategy and gather scientific insight from the field.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain scientific exchange relationships with KOLs, ensuring strong and effective interactions.
• Collect insights from KOLs on the current and future landscape of the disease area, as well as on Angelini products. Share relevant findings with the broader team.
• In agreement with the Medical Advisor/ MSL Lead/Medical Director provide the adequate support to all clinical trials, including HQ studies as appropriate, from the initiation up to execution (IS, NIS, PASS, registry etc.)
• Collect unsolicited independent study proposals by HCPs/KOLs and share them with Medical Advisor/MSL Lead/ Medical Manager/Medical Director, to initiate the approval process according to the procedure in place
• Support the Medical Advisor/MSL Lead/Medical Director in the organization of Congresses & Symposia in cooperation with MKT and KAM. Participation to Regional and National Congresses.
• Answer to medical enquiries raised by external stakeholders according to the procedure in place
• Organization or cooperation with Medical Advisor/ MSL Lead/Medical Director for the organization of Advisory Boards (in cooperation with KAM/MKT as appropriate in case of Medico-marketing ABs)
• Communication and distribution of educational scientific materials to relevant HCPs/KOLs through F2F meetings, Hospital meetings or other type of individual interactions i.e. at Congresses
• Provide medical and scientific support to manuscripts publication as appropriate based on the character of the publication
• Cooperating with the Office Based Medical Colleagues, MSL Lead and Medical Director in providing scientific/medical training for KAMs ev. MKT (depending on the local structure)
• Collection of Adverse Events reports based on the regulations and procedure in place
• Cooperation with Patients organization according to the local normative

Education & Qualifications:

• PhD in a scientific discipline (e.g., Medicine, Life Sciences, or related fields).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), preferred neurology.
• Place of residence, Madrid
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and medical writing skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
